I found it listed now as 'LTOOLSxx.zip', a rather large archive that includes the .dll and other crap to run it under 32bit win. but if you tinker a bit you can use the .exe files cited below. Maybe only under win, but the docs say it writes as well. "Steven C. Darnold" wrote:
