Dear folks, Does anyone out there have a BocaModem model M1440E external modem? The model number is listed on a sticker underneath the modem. The front panel has the standard lights and "BocaModem 14.4Kbps V.32bis".
I just had one of these given to me, but there's no wall cube to provide power. There is no specification listed on the modem anywhere as to what the input power should be, and while I was able to find and download the manual on-line, it only mentions that there should be a power supply in the box with the modem! I've even disassembled the thing, looking for silk-screening on the PCB, but no luck there. Does anyone have one of these, and can you tell me what the thing wants for input power? Anthony J.
