I find myself in that same situation: Balking at paying $30 for something I'd have gladly paid $200 for a few years ago. It's starting to be the Monty Python old men in reverse: OLDSURVGUY1: "PAY for shipping? When I was a youngster, they'd drop RAM off at your door for free. And they'd be DAMNED GLAD to do it too." OLDSURVGUY2: "Hah! In my town, they'd bring it by next day, open your case and install it for you. They'd defrag your drive and do a full PM on your system while they were at it." Perhaps we should just rename it the CrotchetyOldPC group. :) - Bob To unsubscribe from SURVPC send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe SURVPC in the body of the message.
