Guess you've looked them up anyway but this is what I got

Looks like they are using conventional turbine types with more effecient
heat exchangers and condensors and in some cases running them on
refrigeration type gases.

I think the Tesla turbine has more appeal than you may think and greater
efficiency than it appears
Tesla was talking 90% efficiencies and there was a lot of things he was
right on.
The biggest hurdle was the fact that the big turbine manufacturers got a
head start while tesla was
tied up with power generation and the technology hasn't recovered as has
happened with a lot of good ideas in the automotive field.
Hope to have one running on methane myself in a couple of years .
