Exactly the point I was trying to make. If we are forced to buy a 
Yugo or Volkwagen that gets 60-80 MPG, and light trucks are forced to 
also comply with the tightened emmissions standards, that would have 
to be my next choice.
I realize I am exagerating a bit, but if they lessen the utility of 
pickup trucks, they are going to end up with commuters driving Big 
Trucks.
