Thanks for the advice. However my hosting company claim that they've corrected 
the content type for svgz but I still can't see any displayed by Firefox.  I've 
tryed looking at them locally and still have the same problem but I can see svg 
files (I even saved one that FF displayed as SVGZ but couldn't see it in FF).  
This makes me wonder if FF can display svgz at all.

Also I've noticed that when I display svg files in FF, onmouseover and onclick 
events don't work (I don't know about onmouseout as I haven't been able to look 
at an example where onmouseout did something other than reversing the effect of 
onmouseover).  If these events don't work, it will be very hard to get most my 
files to do anything meaningful.

It would really help if somebody could tell what if anything I'm doing wrong or 
is FF just not up to dealing with my files yet?
