If you think that, you should get out of SVG right now, because there is almost no chance that IE7 will have no native support for SVG (even though it would be extremely easy for them to do, given their XAML engine). But I think it's overly pessimistic to forget about SVG-tiny and mobile devices, Firefox, Opera, WebKit, and possibly EvolGraphix.
