Hi, I am only a previous SVG.Open organizer (2002, Zurich). Unfortunately, I don't have much more information besides what is listed on the webpage.
I am also a bit frustrated about the progress of this year's conference. My latest information is that the conference will take place at the envisage date. My hope is that the local organizer team will soon update the webpage with additional information. Sorry for not having any better information.
