Not sure how to do that in the menu, but it is already possible to enter  
arbitrary zoom values in the toolbar zoom dropdown.

I agree, and it's been on our list for awhile.

In Opera you type '.' and then start typing text you want to search for,  
or if you only want to search for links use ',' instead of '.'. Then you  
can use ctrl-g/shift-ctrl-g (or F3/shift-F3) for stepping through results.

It's easily one of the features I use most in Opera, and I don't agree  
that ctrl-F works best ;)
