First off I'm a novice on SVG, I don't know anything about it, but I'm interrested in doing 2D and 3D graphics. Presently the only program I'm familiar with is MS paint, pretty sad I know. Awhile back I had found an easy diagram maker, but that PC took a crap and I can't remember the name on the program, and was hoping someone could direct me to a simple program I could use. The one I had had a graph paper like layout, and when you make a circle, it would start in the middle and expand out to the desired size, anyone know what this program is called, or have a guess where I might look for it.
