I wish to animate a Yantra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandala: bottom of the 
page).  I saved the image, used TotalVectorize to convert it to SVG (good 
program).  I broke the resulting file into parts, and the example below just 
deals with the outermost line.

I thought that I would use a rectangle sized like a point.  I am new to this 
and know I've missed something, because Chrome doesn't show it, and in IE8, the 
whole outer line moves around, instead of just a moving rectangle along a 
stable outer line.
Help!
