logging: when AH, audit-log the actual AH integrity algorithm (and not NONE)
This code still a mash up of algorithm names:
- IKE uses struct ike_alg .officname
- ESP/AH use the IKEv1 name tables esp_transformid_names and
auth_alg_names (which would be missing IKEv2 entries)
some cleanup is required. For instance, everything could use
.officname (if we knew what that really was, tcpdump?), or the
.fqn, or even a new dedicated .audit_name.
