state: delete struct trans_attrs .ta_ikev1_integ_hash
Replace it with a #define pointing to the equivalent and constant
struct integ_desc field. Fixing the IKEv1 code relying on
the macro is nice-to-have.
This means that IKEv2 no longer needs to deal with (or set)
a screwed up IKEv1 specific enum.
