lib/libswan/unbound.c: simplify unbound_ctx_config
- always glob (avoids forking code path)
- don't globfree twice
- don't loop through glob results if glob reported error
- fix wrong indentation
- eliminate IF by adding a CASE to the SWITCH
- add ??? questioning use of errno
- fix test for existence of ub_ctx_add_ta_autr
