demux: try to be more consistent with message_* and encrypted_* field names
.clr_pbs -> .encrypted_pbs (matching .encrypted_payloads)
.cleartext_payloads -> message_payloads (matching .message_pbs)
.clear_payload_... -> message_payload_... (again matching .message_pbs)
