ikev2: correct/clarify comments in ikev2_child_sa_respond() about hardwired
original_role
Child SA's parent (IKE SA)'s original role is used when assigning
the child SA's keying material. Since the function seems to
be called in response to a CHILD_SA request by either the (original)
initiator or responder, the hardwired value can be wrong.
