testing: replace 'ipsec look' with .../ipsec-look.sh
The latter, in addition to invoking 'ipsec look', dumps
raw 'ip ...' output (wrapped in cut/tuc) to stdout.
Capturing the raw output in *.console.verbose.txt makes debugging
'ipsec look's managed output possible.
