ipsec look: fix/simplify sed script selecting priorities to sort by
Was using 't' incorrectly. Fixed by not using 't'.
(note that a second bug, where the fallback sort should use 'V'(?)
instead of 'n', still lurkes)
Also fix a regression in 268bbb56d973bef0db66b97040a2f117891803d6.
