ikev2: eliminate ikev2_crypto_continue() call in
ikev2_child_outI_continue(), really simplify
Since the code path only handles the states STATE_V2_CREATE_I0,
STATE_V2_REKEY_CHILD_I0, and STATE_V2_REKEY_IKE_I0 the mega
switches in ikev2_crypto_continue() aren't needed.
