crypto: cleanup debug-logging
Delete DBG_CRYPT_LOW, use DBG_CRYPT.
Drop lset_t debug parameter, use hardwired DBG_CRYPT.
Consistently dump parameters and results for HASH and PRF.
Use DBGP(DBG_CRYPT).
Update enumcheck.
