iface: dumb down code unorienting connections with dead interfaces
Just iterate through all connections searching for orented connections
with a dead interface. When unorienting, use delete_oriented_hp() to
release the connection's host_pair.
Was looking for oriented connections by iterating over all host pairs,
except unorienting a connection would delete the host-pairs being
iterated over (crash avoided by occasional host-pair leak).
