revival: really don't modify .ikeport
Fixes ipv6 passert(). Setting ikeport implies NAT (it can't work
properly otherwise) but IPv6 doesn't do NAT.
Follow-up: revive: when reviving an instance, don't modify
remote.raw.host.ikeport
