testing: openbsd related updates
- define $(KVM_HOST_OK) - things to check once after host boots
- make targets using KVM depend on $(KVM_HOST_OK)
- add running nfs.sh to $(KVM_HOST_OK) (was only run once)
- don't overwrite the openbsd install iso
- sprinkle s/BSD/OPENBSD/ across make variables
- rename libvirt/BSD/ libvirt/openbsd/
