connection: only set/update the remote.host.addr of a connection once
Always pass a valid "new" remote address to *instantiate(). Either:
- the template's remote.host.addr is specified
pexpect it to match the "new" address
- the template's remote.host.addr is unspecified
pexpect the "new" remote address to be valid and update accordingly
Next is child/client.
