connections: simplify oppo_instantiate(t)
- drop local_address parameter
always t->local->host.addr
- drop remote_id parameter
either NULL or t->remote->id so never changed
- inline spd_instantiate() body
Note the call to update_spds_from_end_host_addr() followed by
several set_spd_* calls. i.e., multiple attempts at
setting the client.
