enums: rename {AES,CAMALLIA}_*_{GCM,CCM}_{A,B,C} to ... _{8,12,16}
Match IKEv2 RFC names.
I'm going with the theory that *_{A,B,C} were invented to
get around a parser limitation. Anyone?
