ikev1: don't assume enum_names stripped unsupported af+type values
It probably has, just don't trust it. Instead in parse_isakmp_sa_body()
and parse_ipsec_transform() extract and handle both AF=TV and
AF=TLV as intmax_t. Eiminate byte pokeing.
