nat: drop "NAT-Traversal support %s" message during start up
Instead log that the keep-alive timer has been started and
its period.
During startup nat_traversal_enabled is always TRUE (at some point
it may have been hardwired false, but no more). It is later,
when adding interfaces, that the global can be set to false
(but I've doubts that ever happens).
