- check start is indexable
- check aliases match what they're aliasing

libipsecconf: index the keyword table by enum
... followed by aliases and obsoletes
Since KNBF_OBSOLETE=0, the first slot is empty, ditto
for any #ifdefs, both are skipped during a search.
