Hm, I remember years back I found SW&M through their website and sent
them an email because I wanted to buy some of the stuff they had listed.
They actually never replied. When I saw them selling via ebay for prices
higher than what their website offered I knew why.

Eventually I bought one item from them via ebay and have to second what
Chris said: They know a shrinked item is worth more. But if proper
identification of a game as being reshrinked or originally shrinked is
due to a lack of experience on their end, I don't know. Their item
descriptions to me sometimes seem a little hazy by purpose.

I also think I remember that communication with them was very limited
and that they way overcharged on international shipping costs.
