He mentioned about a month ago that he was selling off some "extra" 
items from his collection to save some space. If I recall, he auctioned 
off both an Infocom "murder party" stilletto and a Cornerstone book 
before this. Perhaps another item or two as well... Can't wait to see 
the final price on this one!

AFAIK Brian still works for Skotos Tech, which apparently has some
serious financial trouble. Perhaps he is selling some of his own Infocom
memorabilia to keep the company going.
If that is the case we might see some more rare items coming up.
