Actually my new strategy says bid about 2-3 hours before the close. When eBay goes down, it can stay down for 2+ hours and not give extensions. I've had it crap out 45 minutes before the end of a great auction before. > Sunday afternoon sounds like the best option. Thanks for the advice.
