Jim paypal seller protection requires delivery and/or sig confirmation. However to be fully covered you need to have insurance also. Because if you take delivery confirm and package gets lost the buyer can reverse the transaction. Even if you offered insurance and the buyer did not want it. For paypal payments just state that delivery confirm and insurance are mandatory. Again bidpay is a better option and in fact is the ONLY safe method I know for overseas. Of course most of the time you don't have to worry, MOST people are honest but all it takes is one, especially if a high priced item. I did find away around the virtual items also, sell them a "pencil" or whatever, take delivery confirm and insurance and include the virtual item as a "bonus".
