I'm doing my first listing, and halfway through ReelDVD (a product that always
gets over $300 on ebay) I realized that someone could just claim they didn't
get it and keep the product.  What is the "best practice" against this sort of
thing?  Registered mail (or some other delivery type that requires a
signature)?  If so, which one is best?

Hehe, you weren't paying attention to my ranting and ravings about paypal? Make sure you insure and have deilvery and/or signature confirm. I don't THINK you need sig confirm with insured items over $50 as they have to sign anyway but you do need delivery confirm. This procedure is the only way to go if you accept paypal. They must also have verified address (ie no overseas sale is safe).
