Total agreement. I'd estimate a good 30
- 40% of my Shoppe transactions involve overseas collectors, and I
have never had any problems with any of them.

Yah, some of my best
friends/customers from the net are overseas. The policies of the payment
companies are what are in question, they provide no protection for overseas
transactions (except bidpay).
