A noble effort, but alas, no effect. For Aran: What's strange is playing any Flash content (doesn't have to be an FLV player) in the browser prior to playing a video resolves the issue. Must have something to do with Flash Player initializing in the browser. What's really strange is that if I wait at least 5-7 seconds before playing the video it also doesn't happen. Note that this is for local content, so there is no downloading time. In doing some additional tests, I've also seen some tweening animation (using Caurina) momentarily freeze at the 3-7 second mark, same as the video. Again, this is only on the very first time the browser starts and Flash Player is loaded in by some flash app. Once Flash is running in the browser the freezing does not occur again. Very odd. Tomorrow I may try as a test uninstalling and downgrading to see if it occurred in a recent previous version. Now that I mention I'm using Caurina, I did somewhat recently update the package to the latest version. I may also try a test with Caurina removed to see if that affects anything.
