This seems really counter intuitive from a user perspective.  If i
have never installed flash, go to a page with flash on it, click a
link to install flash, then go back to the page, I will be wondering
why exactly it doesn't work.  It seems an unnecessary extra step for
the user to have to refresh the page.  I swear that version 1.5 did
not have this problem at all.
