Yes there is, but you have to use a rather unfriendly (but free) tool in
Microsoft's Software Developer's Kit. The tool is called jexegen.exe. You
don't need to recompile your code with Microsoft's compiler to use it.
It works well when all your class files are in the same directory; however I
have not been able to get it to work on multiple classpaths. If you (or
anyone else) is successful at this, please send me an example.
