Hi!
Try to use a JComboBox that is editable and alwaysshowing its popup list
when it is editing, the content of its list should be simple to manage, the
only problem is to force it to show its popup!
I think you should try it that way and not with JTextField with custom popup
component.

Hi,
we have to build a textfield with a popup. The popup should popup if
a user input some characters. The items of the popup should begin
with the characters the user has enters.
Because it is possible that there are many popus a scrollbar is
necessary.
