We [1] received two letters recently, one in the second half of December
iirc, which said that we had to block access to a bunch of websites, and
a second one yesterday, which said that the order from December 17th was
suspended until a decision is made regarding the appeal made against it
by Cyberlink AG, because Flims Electric AG asked for that appeal to have
a suspensive effect.

So my understanding is that right now there is nothing to block. (Note
that we received both letters in French, maybe there is a different
German version ?)

Also interesting is that the first letter, ordering to block access to
the websites, was sent as registered mail, whereas the last one, telling
us that for the time being there is nothing to block, was sent as
regular "A" mail :o)
