Unfortunatly I dont think so.... "... The one who, without rights, etc..."... The law states clearly "without rights".... We ISP have the right to change stuff on our servers... and a judge has the right to order a change on our servers..... Owww well, if it becomes that the judge doesnt has the right to do what she did.... then perhaps..
