Me neither. We're responsible for the DNS-records on our servers, and
probably may modify those at will, in any case if a judge tells us to
do so.

BUT we're not entitled to have DNS-records for networks and domains
which are not delegated to us. This may well be looked at as fraudulent,
and in any case is a severe breach of netiquette. And ISPs are the
first guards of netiquette (and the first to be humiliated if they don't
adhere to it).
