yesterday evening we were discussing this at the swinog beer event.
perhaps dlink is offering a device for Power over WLAN? they'r allways fast with new standarts.

maybe the power-feed goes according IEEE 802.11P? (the upcoming standard for Wireless Power?) - the space between the generator and the building becomes then a real hot-spot when the tesla coil is working.
