patrick,

this seems primarily a problem between the customer of your customer and the
receiver, in
addition maybe also between your customer and the receiver.

you probably also have agb's or something similar.

i would ask the distrubed fax receiver to get intouch with the sender of the
fax.

just my 2 cents

Hi again

Just a philosophical question:

We have a customer, which has a server hosting from us. Now,
one of his customer has sent out some faxes (we don't know
how much), where he promote his website and his product, which
is mainly a service for buisness information, which can be
payed by invoice or by a 90x no. which charge 45.- (The charge
is mentioned as it is recommanded from bakom). Now, somebody
called us, since we are the secondary nameserver for our
server hosting customer (and so whe a secondary for the
domain of this faxsender), and asked us to stop this faxes.

What would you do in this situation?

Regards

Patrick
