afaik, SPAM fax is "moreless legal" as long as you dont have a "*" in front
of your fax number in the phone book. If its not the case and the receiver
did not request it, I think the receiver has the possibility to start some
sort of legal process against the sender. I dont think you're directly
responsible. (ie: Swisscom is not responsible if your spam illegal fax over
a swisscom phone line).
