 I wouldn't do that, to be honest, because of two rather psychological 
 reasons:

  1. It's your customer, not your enemy. I don't think it's good for
     your reputation if you act like that. Bad words spread quicker than
     good words ...

  2. If you do that, you lower yourself to the same level. It would be
     best if you could stand above it and act as customer friendly as
     possible. Maybe explain what happened and what was the base for
     your decision?

 In any case: It's your _customer_, and the customer is always right
 (I know, "customer" and "right" sounds like an oxymoron). Could you
 tell us what exactly he wanted and what you implemented?
