Why should you send such a decision to your customer, it just builds up a
even more offending climate between your company and your customer.

Keeping customers is usually cheaper then getting new ones.

But yes: threating with Kassensturz or generic media can be N�tigung,
under certain conditions, which you will find in Art. 181 StGB, and for a
sake of general interest, look up BGE 106 IV 125, Erw�gung 2a.

But: this things are not really understandable for a standard customer. I
would suggest fixing the customer's problem and nothing else.
