Hi

But it proofs your social responsibility against the Internet
> community - and finally saves cash for every ISP.

It's not gonna save any money. The protocols are broken. Period.
Until someone comes up with a real fix, running after all YAUPs
(yet another useless patch) is just a waste of time and doesn't
solve the problem in the long run.

Even worse. This hysteria is creating a problem of second order
(not entirely sure about how to translate "zweiten Grades"): Amateur
sysadmins trying to protect their mailservers from spam and viruses
in bizarre and creative ways, effectively breaking them and causing
some other sysadmins big headaches. And even worse than all those
spams and viruses are all the 'Antivirus Reports' that clutter up
my inbox, produced by 'virus aware' MTAs.

Morons. The sender adresses are forged, don't they ever get that?

I totally agree with you. Trying to educate end users is not
gonna help. We all know we should eat more broccoli and get
some fresh air from time to time, but it's not gonna happen.

And trying to educate ISPs is not gonna work either.
