well, can confirm this.

but on the other side: who else (except ipplus/bluewin/swisscom customers)
should use this nameserver?
i mean try to query a host configured on this nameserver -> works.

it's like the smtp service: your smtp server is supposed not to be open /
relaying mails from ISP xyz...
the customer should use his ISP's name-/mail-/whatever-server...
