The classical format is one that lends itself to Internet Radio because classical radio has become so marginalized in many cities (including Philadelphia).
I can send over a pile of suggestions offline in that category, as I listen to classical music quite a bit. It's a category that transcends languages well too. Such national "public service" broadcasters as BBC Radio 3, SR Klassik (Sweden), and Swiss Radio's classical station are all quite good. NRK out of Norway has decent listening. For global classical in English there's Australia's ABC Classic FM, RNZ Concert, and RNW (yes, that RNW) Classical.
